Follow up Sessions:

(I gladly will provide you with a properly coded medical bill which can be submitted to your insurance company or flexible spending account for reimbursement. Many insurance companies do pay for part or all of your acupuncture treatment. Call your insurance company to determine if you are covered. If so, get the proper address where you can submit your bill for reimbursement.)

[ Office visits and treatment sessions are by appointment only. No walk ins.
[ Please cancel any appointment with 24 hours' notice or your standard fee will be charged.
[ Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time so that you have time to use the restroom,
hydrate by drinking water or tea, and relax.
[ Payment is due at the time that services are provided.
You may pay by personal check or cash.
[ Do not eat a heavy meal within one hour of your appointment time.
Please eat a snack that is apprppriate for your health needs.
[ Please do not smoke or wear strong perfume or colon prior to a treatment.
These odors can affect the testing and treatment of yourself and other clients in the office.
